Simon with me was brilliant. From the time I walked in he treated me with respect, listened and did not judge me. For the first time in two years I felt that there was perhaps help at hand and a possibility of getting my life back. Simon explained the different operations I could have, including doing sketches. What was the initial cause of my ailment. And which operation he felt would help. The differnt procedures/test I would need to confirm the operation would help. And what I should expect.
He showed great patience to my many questions while I was with him, and later with my emails. He definitely gave me the impression I was important and went out of his way to help and assist me.
As a self funding patient he even contacted several hospital to help me get the lowest costs.
Six months later I feel I have my life back. I truly thank the day I met Simon.
