Great overall, Simon shows a great talent to listen and explain very well.
He has the ability to communicate across many levels, very effectively.
He can easily explain complex issues - often using oral, visual and making simple but effective drawings. He does not come across condescending, and is always bright fresh and happy when engaging with patients.
Small additional little services and gestures - mean a big deal to those in his care!
- Like personal phone call to next of kin. Regular personal emails to check on progress or issues......
