Mr Monkhouse did my Gastric Bypass on 12/12/12, I met him @ meeting with other consultant, and found his manner very agreeable, and both pre-op and post-op, he came to the ward for a chat, spent some time to listen and answer any queries I had, and if he didnt know, was honest and said so.
I can not praise him enough, he does have a very 'easy to talk to' nature.
