Mr Higgs removed my gall bladder and I felt complete confidence that he would do a good job because of his professional approach to the consultations and the recommendation from a friend for whom he had carried out the same procedure. I recovered well from the operation and he took care in the follow-up consultation to ensure that any questions I had were answered.
