Mr Higgs is friendly, listens well and is very professional. I felt secure in his care. He explained clearly what needed to be done and why it needed to be done that way. My operation was without complication. To my delight my postoperative recovery was completely pain free and with out complication. Although I was given analgesics as I was discharged, I have not needed to take even paracetamol. I am very satisfied with my treatment by Mr Higgs. I can think of nothing that could have been done to improve my care.
