I found Mr Simon Higgs explained very clearly the operation I was to have, highlighting the reason for the operation and the possibile risks. It was evident he was an expert in his field. He answered my questions in away I could understand. On every occasion I met him he was friendly, reassuring and approachable. All the staff I encountered at the Nuffield Hospital were very professional and helped make my stay as stress free as possible.
