I saw Mr Lambert after an accident, this was an emergency appointment arranged by his excellent secretary, Stephanie, who is an absolute gem. Mr Lambert is very kind, caring and very gentle person. From the moment I saw him, he apologised for keeping me waiting he made me feel at ease. After looking through my nhs xrays he was not happy with them so he arranged for me to have an MRI. He went through the results, explained the procedure he was going to do plus the prognosis and recovery time and at no time did he rush me. I was able to ask as many questions and he put me at ease. I cannot recommed him enough. He even filled out a form for the travel insurance company as we had to cancel a holiday we had booked. Nothing was too much for him
