I first tried to make an appointment with Mr. Lambert during the Christmas period in 2018. I was not sure that I would be able to get an appointment quickly but through his friendly and helpful secretary, I got an appointment. I had been told that Mr. Lambert is arguably the no 1 specialist for shoulder and elbow injuries. Not only did i get an appointment, but Mr. Lambert arranged it so that I would have an appointment at a location closer to home for me, allowing for easy travel. On the day of the appointment, Mr. Lambert came out to the waiting room, helping me with my bag and coat. I find him to be pleasant, professional and patient. Not only is he a good doctor but is a good listener and full of helpful suggestions.
