I found it easy to make a booking ti see Mr Lambert after a 3 month delay waiting for the correct treatment n the NHS. I was seen promptly. I found Mr Lambert, professional, efficient, sympathetic and fully understood my issues. He told me exactly what was wrong and the initial course of treatment could be done tomorrow. This treatment followed and all of a sudden the 6 months of paid started to diminish. I would have no hesitation recommending Mr Lambert for any issues with regards to a shoulder problem. At al times I have had confidence and understanding with Mr Lambert and am prepared to put my trust in him
