I attended with a therapist who had recommended Mr Lambert. The doctor has a most reassuring manner, obviously very experienced and expert in his field but also gentle and an excellent listener. He explained very clearly the options open to me, encouraged questions, and involved the therapist in how best to help me; everything a consultant surgeon should be and often isn't!
