Mr Lambert was recommended to us by another surgeon because of his expertise and depth of experience to provide his advice on the complex problems relating to my teenager daughter’s dislocating shoulder. The administration for our appointment was extremely efficient and fitted in at very short notice. Mr Lambert is kind and polite and has an excellent manner and a very good approach for engaging with teenagers. My daughter felt very comfortable speaking with Mr Lambert to explain her condition and how she felt and also to be examined. Mr Lambert is a good listener and takes an holistic approach; he was sensitive enough to spend time to understand the stress caused by our daughter’s condition and its impact on her life at school, for activities and at home, as well as focussing on the issue itself, diagnosis and plans for treatment. The questions and examination were very thorough indeed and Mr Lambert spent over an hour with us. We were able to follow his explanation of what he had found and he was happy to answer questions. The report that followed was timely and pages long, setting out in some detail the explanations we had given and the analysis of the condition following his examination and suggestion of next steps. I would highly recommend Mr Lambert.
