I was referred to Mr Lambert by my consultant as I had been through a very difficult operation on my shoulder at Christmas and further surgery was being considered. Mr Lambert was very kind, very gentle and listened to my challenging few months very attentively. He reassured me after examination and reviewing my MRI scans with me in detail, that I would thankfully not need further surgery.
Mr Lambert put me at ease immediately and his polite mannerism made me feel welcome. I was able to raise any concerns I had and question him about aspects of my ongoing recovery comfortably. Mr Lambert was very caring, genuinely concerned and his experience and professionalism was of the highest calibre.
It was an absolute pleasure to meet Mr Lambert and I am most grateful to have been given the opportunity.
