From the moment that Mr Jackson introduced himself to the point of discharge from the hospital, it felt like he had as much time to discuss anything related to the operation.
He explained everything fully, both the pros and the cons of the operation and ensured that we understood all that had been discussed.
Also, took the time to explain that for any reason the primary operation would not be viable, the options that would be available and if these should/could be undertaken.
On the morning of the operation, he again visited to check that everything was ok, explaining the procedure again and what would be required afterwards, care wise.
We found him to be very empathetic and approachable. Any question that we asked were fully explained and he took his time ensuring that we were content at all stages.
Would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
