Mr. Jackson is an empathetic and careful listener, able to provide knowledgeable and helpful answers. He clearly states his analysis of the situation and details the surgical options available, how procedures will be performed and the expected outcomes. This, together with a friendly, supportive and reassuring approach at all times, gives confidence in him. Both he and his secretary do their utmost to ensure that arrangements proceed speedily, smoothly and with great efficiency. I was always able to be in contact with him whenever it was necessary and am now making a good recovery.
