Livid after reading what was sent in an email ro my GP, to summarise how he thinks the appointment went and diagnosed me, absolutely furious. The wording of the referral was as vague as they get, and I didn't get to tell him what the issue was before his almost immediate diagnosis. Which was insulting to be honest, which I always am. See how the next one goes. Because it couldn't get worse.

Above all other considerations, he is totally human with a great sense of humour and he LISTENED AND HEARD what I was worried about, which was that I could feel the cancer spreading and pushing in my throat, neck, tongue and ear. And he acted. Brilliant man as far as I'm concerned. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones.
