Excellent! Would be a one word review of Mr Hawkins.
He listens attentively at the consultation stage; he devotes time to the consultation (despite a busy waiting room) and he gives concise but understandable explanations of the surgery required. This 'attention' remains throughout the whole process - consultations; pre-operative; post operative and finally a month or so down the line at the routine post surgery check up.
