From my initial consultation, pre-surgery and then post surgery, Simon Ellis really did display nothing but complete professionalism and confidence which made feel totally at ease. His manner of explanation is second to none and I am really grateful for the level of care and consideration that I was given. Early days yet, but the knee replacement seems to be achieving everything that I had hoped for - so much so, I can't wait for the other knee replacement with Mr Ellis.
