Mr Ellis saw me as an NHS patient, but i believe that i was treated exactly the same as a private patient and was treated extremely well. During my initial appointment my knee was examined, a diagnosis made and explained. Then a plan was given straight away for surgery, booked immediately to fit around me for within the month. Letters confirming were sent electronically to confirm all details within an hour. Mr Ellis confirmed arrangements with The Spire and it all went ahead on schedule. The afternoon before surgery Mr Ellis confirmed the list, and then saw me the morning of surgery to confirm the procedure and prep me for surgery, with then follow up afterwards. Mr Ellis has a very calm, polite and straightforward manner, which is very reassuring and you know you have been listened to and treated well.
