Mr Ellis has performed various procedures on my knees, the last being a TKR of my left knee. His extremely pleasant manner, empathy and the way he shares his vast knowledge made my approach to this latest operation filled with confidence and calmness. His phone call the night before the operation, the use of pre-op drinks and the ‘no rush’ consultations throughout my operation journey instilled me with confidence. I feel Mr Ellis genuinely cares and will always recommend him to friends.
