Mine was a more complex case as I suffer from MS and at the last minute it was discovered I had a compressed fracture of the tibia. This was dealt with very professionally by Mr Ellis. I found him to be a very good listener who gave me great confidence. He was described to me by staff as "being of the old school and a gentleman"
