I found Mr Ellis to be very professional and reassuring in the two meetings I had with him leading up to my knee surgery, also very pleased with the speed of the scan and subsequent surgery date. Unfortunately my operation had to be cancelled on two occasions due to another health condition.
Mr Ellis was very sympathetic with my situation and contacted me personally at home to discuss the way forward and will be happy to resume treatment when I am fit and well
