Mr Ellis is such a gentleman, he is an excellent listener,I am a profoundly deaf patient. Before my total knee replacement he explained to me his intentions around the procedure. he was very clear I understood exactly what to expect during the operation, and post-op care including the importance of my recovery by way of flexion and physiotherapy The post op appointment again a very caring listener very kind and very generous with his time. I would say that I am more than happy to have met Mr Ellis and to have been treated by him as an NHS exactly as I would have been as a pirate patient at the Alexandra Hospital.
