Clear, concise, simple explanations and information about my knee issue and the options around it.
Even when I opted to try an alternative to his proposal there was no negativity sent my way or attempt to try and sway/force/guilt trip his opinion on me.
Instead it was simply ok so how best can I help you go in the direction you want to go and we will see if it works.
If it doesnt I can confidently say I will be going back to Simon for surgery as I feel informed and sure that he knows what he is saying and doing.
I've not been to a doctor in years due to bad experiences with them before this but if I would have seen Simon I never would have had this apprehension.
Highly recommended.
