I saw Simon Ellis 7 years ago when I was diagnosed with bone on bone arthritis in both knees aged 49. Simon have be some excellent advice including suggesting I lost a little weight and rode an exercise bike along so along with taking my glucosamine and using kinesiology tape I made it successfully through the 7 years with very little change to the tracking of my knee. Simon advised I could return in my mid 50’s for steroid injections. Well I am 56 now and we have a new plan of Hyloronic acid & steroid injections and the addition of Tumeric tablets. We are hopeful this will delay knee replacement for a few years and I am delighted. Simon is such a nice kind and friendly specialist who puts you at great ease. He even remembered to call me by my preferred name which was so appreciated. I would highly recommend
