From the very beginning, Mr Ellis greeted me and my partner warmly and friendly. I felt at ease straight away. Mr Ellis explained the procedure in depth, including the pre and post care in great detail. He took time for us to ask any questions and at no point felt rushed. Mr Ellis gave the personal touch by ringing me the night before my procedure from his home. He also rang my partner straight after my operation explaining how the procedure went and how I was recovering in theatre. He also came to visit me on the ward before going home, to see how I was getting on. These touches meant so much to me and my partner. Mr Ellis has years of experience in the Orthopaedic field. He is one of the 'old fashioned surgeons' which is like gold dust nowadays. He has provided superior professional standards of care and comes across as an absolute gentleman. I couldn't have wished for a better consultant doing my Operation. Highly recommended. Many thanks to Mr Ellis for his overall professionalism.
