I found him to have a very warm nature.
He asked my opinion, I did not feel at all coerced into my decision making. On the day of the operation I expressed my dislike of procedure to be used and they allowed me to chose a different option.
I was seen at Nuffield Hospital Brentwood which is not given as an option
