Mr Shankar, listened to me.. He was very approachable and caring.
He talked me through options open for me, but I decided to have the full knee replacement.
On the day of the surgery, he spoke with me prior to the operation. And assured me of any worries I had.
I felt that I fully understood the expectation of the procedure and that the need to do excersises given by the physiotherapist after to gain full recovery.
