I saw Mr/Dr S Elnikety in May of this year, (2019) about a frozen shoulder problem that I have had for about ten month's now.
We agreed on a procedure called - Hydrodilatation and he wanted to see me six weeks after this was done. I have since received an appointment for this follow up in August but no date for the procedure itself.
I have spoken to his secretary about this problem four times and each time I am told she will get back to me, but never does.
What is the point in a follow up appointment to a procedure when I have not had the procedure in the first place?
