Once I had my initial consultation with Mr Awad there was no doubt he was the surgeon I wanted to go with. He was kind, compassionate and so thorough - from the initial videos he sent pre consultation to thoughtfully answering every question in our call and carefully explaining my options. He’s a highly skilled, dedicated surgeon and I felt safe and reassured every step of the journey. The Burcott Hall hospital team (nurses and theatre) were equally kind & caring, and the Tonic team are so supportive and responsive. If you follow Mr Awad’s recovery process and do the work, then your health will reap the benefits. Mine has changed dramatically and I’ve already lost 6.5 stone in four months. This summer I’ll paddle board and kayak with my 12 year old son instead of sitting on the side. Mr Awad and Tonic helped me change my life, and I will be forever grateful.
