Mr Awad from the first phone consultation through to the operation and post op has been informative, kind and helpful. He has gone above and beyond to sort out another health issue for me during this process. I was very confident and reassured when talking to him and never felt pressured or uncomfortable. He listens and gives you time to ask questions. I am very grateful to him for basically giving me my life back.
