Dr Awad had been amazing from the very first contact I had with him. I had several Underlining health issues as a result of my weight and I was so scared of being judged. I shouldn’t have been scared! I was listened to and understand without judgment. Dr Awad explained all my possible options and explained all the positive and possible negative outcomes giving me all the Information I needed to make an informed decision. The one thing that really stood out for me was Dr Awad caring nature, he didn’t feel like a surgeon but more like a friend. I’ve never met a surgeon so approachable and understanding. My surgery was the best decision I ever made. I’m 13 weeks PO and over 4stone down. My life has changed for the better and for that I’m forever grateful to Dr Awad.
