I had a VSG with Mr Awad at Burcot through Tonic in October 2022. Having PCOS and long standing issues with my weight I had been considering my options for VSG for some time. I had (many!) phone consultations with Mr Awad prior to booking, and he was more than happy to talk through all of my questions and concerns and he really put me at ease. The team at Tonic have been outstanding in making sure the booking process and post op process has been smooth and I felt really cared for. Mr Awad also ensured I fully understood what was expected of me following the procedure and checked in to ensure everything was going to plan. Post op, he gave me a thorough run through of how the operation went (including pictures) and fully reassured me. The letter post op he also provides for my GP was thorough and meant my GP had full oversight of what had been undertaken and what my ongoing needs would be, which meant having the support from my GP was a lot easier than I was expecting. I am so happy I went with both Mr Awad and Tonic. This is life changing and the support is excellent.
