Brilliant service from the moment I made the initial enquiry. All Tonic staff very efficient and make every step of the way feel straightforward. They explain what is happening now and what to expect in the future. The day of the surgery, Mr Awad personally comes to meet you and talk you through the surgery. The anaesthetist also comes to your room and clears up any worries you may about a general anaesthetic. After surgery, Mr Awad telephones a nominated member of your family to let them know how the surgery went. He then returns the following day to check on how you are feeling and explains what will happen next. Tonic nurses call you every day for the first week so you never feel alone in your recovery. The dieticians and personal trainers also come on board as you continue on your journey. They are all knowledgeable and approachable. After 8/12 weeks, Mr Awad calls you again to review your progress and offer further advice going forward. This shows me how passionate he is about helping people through their weight loss journey and encouraging and supporting them to make permanent changes for better health I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Awad and the Tonic team.
