Today I am 1 week post op and wanted to comment on my experience from booking to now. I was nervous as I was looking into a revision procedure , tonic staff were so helpful I had surgery with Mr Awad at the Pines in Manchester, Mr Awad went through everything several times to put me at ease , Mr Awad takes such care and making sure you know every single detail you need to do pre and post op to get the best results and be safe. During surgery the nurses were all amazing and I’ve made new sleeve buddies. Since being home and now on the liquid stage I’ve been supported by Debbie V , tonic nurse every day, nothings ever a bother for her no matter how small, I’ve had no complications and tolerating liquid stage. I can’t thank Mr Awad and the Tonic/ Pines team enough including the staff I speak to briefly! You aren’t treated like a number you are treated like an individual I had previous surgery through another weight loss provider and surgeon and in comparison the support that Mr Awad and Tonic pre/post care provide 10000% better!
