I cannot thank Mr Jaunoo and his team (Including nursing staff) enough for the kindness and professionalism shown to me during my stay at Gloucester Royal Hospital.
Mr Jaunoo put me totally at ease before the procedure by explaining step by step what would happen during the removal of the Gall Bladder.
A few hours after the procedure Mr Jaunoo visited the ward to advise that he was very please with how the procedure which clearly put my mind at rest.
I would strongly recommend Mr Jaunoo to Family, Friends and colleagues.
I would also like to say a big thank you to the Anaesthetic team on that day for also making me feel totally relaxed.
