If the NHS had a team of consultants like Mr Jaunoo I believe the system, hospital and above all patients, would benefit immensely. This gentleman has great people skills, listens to you, examines, and concludes appropriately, putting you at ease. His communication is clear and precise and encourages dialogue to enable factual conclusions, he is a credit to his profession and the NHS. He does not have an aire of aloofness likes many other consultants who believe they are doing you a favour, almost godlike. Please can we have more like Mr Jaunoo
