I was taken in as an emergency to Gloucester Hospital in the early hours of Monday morning, the medical matter was resolved through surgery less than 60 hours later and I wanted to share the immensely positive experience. In this day and age it is easy to knock and malign the free services that we take for granted and this includes the NHS. I would like to thank Mr Jaunoo and his amazing staff both in A&E and the Surgical Ward on Floor 5 in the Tower Building. The staff throughout kept me updated on what was happening and dealt with me professionally and proficiently at all times without relinquishing their personable manner and demonstrating the caring side of their profession. I can't thank you all enough, my experience was excellent and faultless and rivals and beats the private care I have had in the past. I would ask that my sincere, heartfelt thanks is passed on to all of the team. I can't thank you enough. These emergency events are always disturbing, but the attention and support I received from Mr Jaunoo, his surgical team and the rest of the staff at Gloucester Hospital made the whole process far more manageable and less traumatic than I ever imagined it would be. Thank you again, I have been astounded by my experience and it is only fair to give immense credit where it is due and so rightfully deserved. With true admiration and gratitude, Linda
