Mr. Punwar replaced my right knee in December 2020, and the experience was a lot better than I had anticipated. Even though we moved into Lockdown early in my recovery period, the aftercare was excellent and I was fully mobile within 3 months. Mr. Punwar replaced my left knee in September 2021, and again, the experience was very positive, throughout pre-op. the actual surgery (I had a Spinal Block so although I was conscious I was more or less oblivious as to what went on) and the aftercare, on the ward and at home. All the staff were excellent, but Mr. Punwar took the time to answer my questions and reassure me during his visits to the ward, and in the 2 follow-up clinics I've attended. I would recommend Mr. Punwar to anybody (in fact, I already have) and I am delighted with the results of my surgeries. Very little pain, and full mobility. Yay! Many thanks to Mr. Punwar, his team and the marvellous NHS.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Arthritis often affects both knees and it is only when both are replaced that the full benefits of reconstructive joint surgery can be appreciated. I am glad that the pandemic did not delay your operations too much and I look forward to helping your friend in due course.
