I found, on each occasion I saw him that Mr Punwar was consistantly, very professional and at the same time approachable and informative. He explained in a manner that was clear and concise, ensuring that I understood and encouraging me to ask if there was anything I wanted to know or explained further. He discussed the X-ray pictures in detail from the screen and explained the surgery he was to carry out. I felt completely confident and reassured. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome of my surgery and that I am able to return to work without the incessant pain I'd experienced.

Thank you for the kind feedback. Great that you were able to get back to work so quickly following surgery. Horrible to be in pain every day. I'm glad that the operation was able to reduce your pain and increase function, exactly as it is supposed to do. Getting it right first time is the key.
