on first meeting mr Punwar i saw that he was confident of performing my operation and had a very positive and confident out look which in turn gave me confidence in having the operation. from entering the theatre mr Punwar made me feel welcome with his very friendly manner and bright out look. the operation was a great success. i am now without pain in my knee for the first time in years.on all subsequent visit i have been made to feel welcome and he was more than willing to talk to me and show me the xrays of my knee. he also answered any query's that i had about the operation.
all in all a great guy
