Treatment clearly explained using appropriate descriptions and understanding confirmed back with myself. Mr Poonawala built my trust with his approachable and friendly manner, I was confident in his ability and felt at ease whist in consultation. I am very happy with the results of my operation and have minimal and neat scarring, which I am sure will fade over time.
