I've been seeing Mr Verma for a few years for earwax microsuction removal. He has always been very friendly, welcoming and reassuring, making every effort to ensure my comfort and giving me 100% confidence in his skills. Every procedure has been successful despite the narrow canals in my ears, and I have enjoyed immediate improvements to my hearing as well as a more general sense of well-being after the strain of having blocked ears. I am very grateful for his kind attention and would have no hesitation in recommending him. I also very much appreciated his contacting me personally by telephone when Covid put a stop to procedures like these.
