Mr Verma is personable & put me at ease quickly. He listened to my explanation & clarified anything he needed to. He questioned me on symptoms etc & then examined my ears, taking the necessary steps to sort out one ear by removing a solid ball of wax which my own GP had missed! He notified my GP of further action required very promptly , but my GP did not act upon it, possibly because he had to follow a certain procedure, so couldn't miss out a stage. As a consequence, I booked a CT scan via Mr Verma, & followed this up with an appointment to discuss results. He showed me the scan & described carefully what we could see. He then suggested a possible cause of my loss of hearing & possible outcomes. he further suggested that hearing aids would help in the meantime, but as I can hear well with my one ear, I told him that I preferred to wait & give the ear time to sort itself. Mr Verma is a very pleasant person whom I can thoroughly recommend to others.
