Having received treatment personally from Mr Verma (tonsillectomy) and also experiencing his treatment of my little boy’s tonsillitis, I have found him to be a first class consultant who has a pleasant manner about him, with an excellent ability to communicate often complex information, in an easy to understand, non alarmist and digestible way for his patients and carers. He listens patiently and demonstrates empathy. He conveys a sense of surety in the information he provides which in turn, gives his patient confidence to reach an informed decision about whether or not to consent to treatment plans. I would certainly recommend Mr Verma to any friends or family members who require Specialist ENT services.
