Mr Verma was very helpful during the consultation before my Operation, explaining what the procedure would involve and the expected symptoms during recovery - he really put my mind at ease.
I am very happy with the end result - my only improvement would be the aftercare, though I do not believe Mr Verma is directly responsible for this.
My operation was mid July and I had to chase the Hospital for a follow up appointment, now three months after the op.
Other than that, I am very happy with Mr Verma's service and all the nursing staff with me on the day - I will always be grateful for those that tried to distract me during the anaesthetic!
