Mr Verma was very knowledgeable, very patient and very kind. He performed some initial tests on me, indicated that I needed an operation to resolve my issue, discussed the pros/cons of the operation and also that it might not fully resolve my syptoms and that an additional operation may be required if that one was unsuccessful. He performed surgery #1 and while this did not resolve my symptoms, we understood the way forward as it was clear throughout the process. We then discussed next steps and operation #2. This went well and I am now doing much better with a significantly improved quality of life. Mr Verma was empathetic throughout the process, allowing additional healing time between appointments and tests to ensure the tests were accurate and that I was comfortable. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.
