He was very polite and helpful, he listened to everything I had to say and asked relevant questions to get more information. He was patient when I didn’t have the information I needed. We needed to do another test and he offered to do it straight away and took us down to do it. He explained everything very well so I knew what was happening, what the results were and what we need to do next. He also gave me a recommendation and details for the next step of treatment. He made our visit very comfortable and I would definitely come back again if needed!
