I had surgery for a quadricep tear in my knee. Mr Trikha was my surgeon. I was made fully aware of the potential risks and informed about what the surgery would entail. The outcome could not have been better. I am back on my turbo trainer only 7 weeks after the operation and I am able to bend my leg to 115 degrees and increasing every day. His advice about using the Game Ready ice and pressure system straight after surgery is I think a key factor in the speed of recovery.
