I injured my right knee last year after a fall and tore my knee crucial ligament and a ‘root’ tear which I think was causing the pain.
I was in a lot of pain but did not want surgery. I saw Paul for a second opinion having seen a doctor who told me the only option was surgery. Mr Trikha was so kind and explained the different ways to help and he organised a brace for me which was amazing and also some physiotherapy who also reassured me that surgery wasn’t the only way to treat me. I’m doing so much better now and use the brace for exercise.
Really pleased that I have my life back - thank you so much
