I was referred to Mr. Trikha about 8mths ago when both of my knees became so painful that I could barely walk up or down a flight of stairs. I was advised by others that my condition was fairly final and that surgery was the probable option.
8mths with Mr. Trikha and I am now more or less cured! No surgery and no injections!
I am currently training to run 5k and today I did the bleep fitness test to level 6 with no pain. If you have knee problems then I strongly advise that you see Mr Trikha.
